This Privacy Policy describes how EstateMath ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use this website and its tools. Our approach is straightforward: we collect as little as possible and process nothing that identifies you personally.

EstateMath's calculators run entirely within your browser. No financial figures, property values, or calculation results are transmitted to our servers. We do not operate user accounts, so there is no registration data, no profile, and no history stored on our systems.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a single browser localStorage key ("ck") to remember whether you have accepted the cookie notice. This value is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. You may clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We may also use third-party services that set their own cookies, described below.

3. Third-Party Services

This site may load resources from the following third-party providers:

• Google Fonts — for typography. Google may log the IP address of font requests. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.
• Unsplash — for blog cover images. Images are served directly from Unsplash CDN. See unsplash.com/privacy.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or remarketing services.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, tool usage frequency). If analytics are in use, they are configured to anonymise IP addresses and not to track individuals across sessions or sites.

Server access logs, if retained by our hosting provider, are typically held for a maximum of 30 days and contain only IP addresses and standard HTTP request information. No calculation data is logged.

7. Children's Privacy

EstateMath is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, use the contact form on this page to notify us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
